On October 25th we began the process of transitioning out of the residential market place in order to focus our resources on our construction and commercial service divisions. We were clear on the timing of that transition. We were clear on how we would leave the marketplace. Yet, we were not clear on who the baton would be given to tend to our customer base. The who is not a decision we took lightly, and we are grateful for the patience you extended to us during this period. Our desire was to find the right partner who would most closely reflect the values that represent the fabric of our company. A trusted partner that would provide best in class service to our customer base while honoring our nearly 70-year reputation in the market place. To that end, we are excited to announce our partnership with Service Experts. As of December 21st, they began taking our residential service calls, and on December 26th they will began performing our preventative maintenance visits. An employee will arrive at your home with a different logo on their shirt than the one that you have trusted in the past. But in all of that, our hope is that you will still receive the same or an even greater level of customer service. In the coming days, weeks and months, staff from Service Experts will be contacting you to introduce themselves, arrange appointments, and continue the passing of that baton.
