Jason came to our house to service both the old and newer A/C units here. He was attentive to the problems and proper functioning of the units and fixed the problems he found. He added a little freon to our old A/C to help it run a little better and cleaned up his cleaning messes. Great Service and I remain a loyal customer.

My water heater went berserk and continuously heated the water and I got scalded. After resetting the power to the water heater, the heater wouldn't heat up the water. Barry was fast and efficient and rebuilt my water heater on a weekend so we could shower before Monday. It helps to have the right tools and Barry had them all so the job was completed quickly and efficiently. I call Westbrook for all my A/C, plumbing, and electrical repair needs. Great techs and all around nice guys.

We started out with a few problems & they were taken care of promptly,to say all the workers that worked on the unit were the best is a understatement Angle found the problem & sent Ramsle out to fix it, these workers worked hard to please me &they were all so polite,great company,I have been with them for years & highly recommend them.I also would like to sayJuan & Bengie who installed the unit worked hard for about 7 hours and never stopped.

My AC stopped cooling on 6/2. I called Westbrook, but could not get a technician to the house until 6/4. When he arrived in the am, the coil was covered with ice, so he could not test it. I ask him to come back later, but he said his schedule was full. I called the scheduler around 4:00 pm to see if he would be there on 6/5. She had not read his text from the am and already had him scheduled for 6/5, so he could not come until 6/6. On 6/6, he tested the coil and found it leaking. He said he would order a new coil and replace it on 6/7. I told him about the miscommunication on 6/4. He said he had emailed the order info to everyone who needed to know. I had made an appointment with the scheduler for 6/7 on 6/4 knowing they would need to replace something. When I heard nothing from them on 6/7, I called the scheduler. She did not know status, called the tech, and got back to me that the replacement coil was not it yet and that he would be at my house on 6/8 first thing. He showed up on 6/8 at 10:30 am and replaced the coil. I still have not received a service receipt describing what was done. I don't know if Westbrook has a trouble ticket system, but if they do, they do not have the processes in place to use it. If they did, all the status of my case could be updated in one place and all(including me if access was provided), could see what was going on. No texts and emails would be necessary.

My experience with Ramsys maintains my opinions of Westbrook Services technicians. They are courteous, knowledgeable and exceptionally motivated to make sure that the customer is 100% happy with the services provided. Although their costs may be a little higher than I like, the size of the organization allows rapid service responses, and quality repairs. Technicians like Ramsys are great representatives of the company and leave me with an impression that I should call Westbrook first for service/repair/installation.
