Residential A/C Technician Class A
Technician must have at least five years of solid service background with a respectable air conditioning service contractor. Technician must be able to service gas furnaces, heat pumps, water source heat pumps and straight cool systems with electric heat up to 10 tons of capacity. Apply Online »
Residential A/C Technician Class B
Technician must have at least two years of light service and maintenance with a respectable air conditioning service contractor. Technician must know how to perform preventative maintenance on basic split systems and package units. Technician must be able to perform basic trouble shooting and have a good understanding of the refrigeration cycle to run light service and maintenances. Technician must complete a three year ACCA apprenticeship program that Westbrook will fund with successful completion of course. Residential A/C Installer Class A
Technician must have the skills to install split systems and package units in multiple configurations on residential homes and light commercial buildings. Technician must be able to run installations from start to finish as well as manage the man power on these projects. Apply Online »
Residential A/C Installer Class B
Technician must have the skills to install split systems on standard vertical and horizontal residential applications. Technician must be able to work alone or with a lead installer with minimal assistance. Apply Online »
Residential A/C Apprentice
Apprentice must have a helpful attitude and willingness to learn. Apprentice will be required to work in harsh environments at times and must be service oriented with customers as well as the lead technician they are working with. Commercial A/C Service Technicians
Licensed journeyman with 3-5+ years or more of Commercial experience working on (10) ton and up HVAC systems to include rooftop and DX systems along with reciprocating or water cooled chillers. The scope of our work includes service, installation and retrofit of HVAC systems. Energy management system or controls experience is a plus. Boiler experience is plus. Service Plumbers
Licensed plumbers with 3 to 4 years of service experience in the Residential and Commercial marketplace. The scope of work includes general plumbing and gas repairs, backflow repairs and replacement, drain cleaning, high pressure water jetting, camera inspections, underground repair and sewer replacements. This licensed journeyman position requires through commercial knowledge in troubleshooting motor control circuits, grounding, switchgear operation, surge protection, Cat 5 cabling installation, lighting controls, and residential service calls utilizing flat rate pricing.
